Test posting 2 another map: the eastern end of the Tualatin River basin, with a) colors representing which city each part of it falls in, and b) county boundaries, between Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties. The portion of Tualiatin basin within Portland is in brown at the eastern edge, and lies within Multnomah County; Beaverton and Tigard, in purple and teal, are fully within Tualatin basin, and (I think) both fully within Washington Co.
